Computer Solutions is committed to providing complete after sales and repair support. If you are an existing customer with a general computer related query, or if you have an issue, feel free to contact us, and one of our staff will be happy to help.

Laptops and Desktops

If you have bought a laptop or a desktop from us, we include complete support for 1 year. This includes replacement of parts and operating system reinstallation if necessary. Once your system becomes out of our warranty, the manufacturer's warranty may still apply, in which case we can replace parts under this, although labour charges will incur.

Repairs

After your repair has been completed, there is a 90 day warranty included, which covers re-diagnosis if the same problem occurs again.

Please note that unfortunately due to their nature, we cannot provide a warranty on our virus removal service, if new viruses are re-gained after the repair has been completed.
